VGCP, look for huge movement soon, the stock has doubled in the last week based on minor Phase I financing. Phase III $250 million line of credit due to be announced soon. This money will be used for acquisition of 6 insurance companies. These companies will then be administered by VGCP's proprietary interactive internet software. This will allow substantial cost savings and substantial profit increases in the acquisition companies and therefore in the acquirer VGCP. Sales of their software and private network begin Jan.1. Look for significant revenues from sales to other insurance companies. Financing news alone should send us to $5 or higher. Keep an eye on this one. RCJIII
