G'day Crossy, awhile back I ve promised you to keep an eye on Bradlee. There was some news coming out over weekend [sorry to be a be tardy <sg>] that one of the landlords has filed a motion against the reorganization plan in court. There is no detail, but my guess is that the landlord would be losing the lease with proper compensation and therefore to greenmail the bondholders. Just a conjecture. If I get any more detail before you do, I will post to you here Happy New Year best, Bosco
