-- Company Sets New Growth Strategy and Begins Implementation of
New Business Plan --

Isleuth.com (OTC BB:SLEU) today reported that as part of its corporate
restructuring and adoption of a new business plan, it named John J.
Bennett, to serve as its new Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer, effective immediately.

Thomas J. Taule, the Company's former Chairman and CEO, will remain
as an advisor and consultant to the Company.

Bennett possesses an extensive background in the Internet services
industry, with a particular emphasis on site design and development,
operation and e-commerce. He previously served as President of Direct
Digital Communications, an Internet-based marketing and Web site
development company that specializes in working with Web site owners
and operators to build traffic and revenues through the development of
site sponsorships, advertising programs and partnership arrangements.

"I am very excited about the opportunity to join Isleuth.com," commented Bennett, "and the challenge presented to build on a
platform that possesses all the necessary ingredients to become
one of the Internet's premier and most visited Web sites. Presently, The Internet Sleuth (www.isleuth.com) enjoys about 300,000 visitors monthly, experiencing a total of approximately 1 million page views per month. Our goal is to build on this foundation and transform the site into an Internet gateway that will serve as a home base for Internet users."

"To accomplish this," he added, "we plan to work with advertisers and
other partners to create co-branded portals and, through such
sponsorship, create a mixture of content and services, including
customized news, e-mail and shopping services. In turn, we will focus on developing the type of compelling features and services that will make The Internet Sleuth the premier one-stop content, shopping and searching site."

The Company also noted that it has already begun to enhance The
Internet Sleuth site, with the addition of several key advertisers in its new "iSleuth Shopper" section. Included are barnesandnoble.com, the online global bookselling arm of one of the world's best known bookstore chains; Cdnow, the Internet's number one music store; PC Flowers & Gifts, one of the Internet's leading flower and gift retailers; Electronic Newstand, the number one magazine site on the Web, offering the guaranteed lowest prices on magazine subscriptions; Reel.com, the number one online video seller on the Internet; and software.net(tm), the largest Internet-based electronic software superstore, providing customers with the ability to electronically purchase and download about 3,000 software titles.

Isleuth.com, formerly known as Coordinated HealthCare, Inc., is a
provider of various Internet services, including Web site design,
development and hosting. The Company owns the rights to and operates
The Internet Sleuth (www.isleuth.com), considered by many leading
industry experts to be one of the Web's premier and most powerful
search engines, which allows users to search multiple databases (up
to 6)simultaneously for maximum results.

The Internet Sleuth is a bit different from the other search engines
available on the Internet. While the others attempt to index the entire
Web, The Internet Sleuth maintains an index of searchable databases,
most of which can be searched directly from The Internet Sleuth,
simplifying the search for information. There are thousands of searchable databases on the net. However, finding them and then generating a search can be extremely cumbersome. The Internet Sleuth solves this problem by finding the databases, and allowing users to perform their search without leaving the site.

Statements about the Company's future expectations, including future
revenues and earnings, and all other statements in the press release other than historical facts are "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. The Company intends that such forward-looking statements be subject to the safe harbors created thereby. Since these statements involve risks and uncertainties and are subject to change at any time, the Company's actual results could differ materially from expected results.
