If there was no intercourse, Clinton did NOT LIE. Merely a technicality. I have no respect for a president that doesn't know what sex is. However that is but one of the lies he is accused of. Would you want to be prosecuted and persecuted for something you DIDN'T DO? Sorry but the "dress" doesn't lie, unlike Billy!
