In the spirit of "piling on," I thought I would add to the chorus rebutting your assessment of the PSFT product.

An April 8, 1998 research report (issued at a time the stock traded at $52/sh) by Morgan Stanley cited the company's high customer satisfaction. It says:

"Peoplesoft had 2,201 customers at the end of 1997 and one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. To date, the company is the only one willing to publish its customer satisfaction and implementation times of its entire installed base for everyone to read. The satisfaction ratings and implementation history are bound in a comprehensive marketing document given to prospects, which shows a project success rate 99.96%"

So your assessment is in the minority. The very small minority.
