Andrew H, can you get someone to explain what is meant by "1.653 Gigawatts of output of AquaFuel"?.....I thought it was a gas. Or is that the energy equivalent of the AF output when combusted? Also, how does one get distilled water out of this? I thought the whole idea was to carefully collect the AF above the plasma/liquid and save it to burn. Is steam a by-product too? Also, it sounds like the "Utility" is getting power FROM this venture as opposed to supplying it TO it.

Clearly, I'm confused.
