Frank, my guess is that cooperative MMs muscled up the price to allow an insider to make a '98 sale at a good price. Stock flew to 30 and then slowly backed down on volume. I'll be watching for more selling tomorrow and 144s to be reported in a couple of weeks. Certainly, could be wrong, but with no news or broker upgrades seems like a good bet. Kip
