With due respect to Scott & Stringfellow I share your curiosity -- but my opinion is basic business has probably been strong enough at CLE to create renewed optimism, and perhaps this report was the spark needed to light up the tinder. It is awfully nice to be back above 20! But I took on some protective puts just in case...been here, done this too many times before!
