My name is Elio Madama, I'm from New York, and I am a
shareholder of MKII. (I spoke with you last week).
There are several investors who need to be updated about
several points mentioned in your PR of Oct. 12, 1998.
1) When are you closing the deal on the five La Ponderosa Steak Houses in Florida?
2) The Amigo's Sports Cantina under development on Oct. 12, 1998,
is finished?
3) The 24.000.000 shares issued and outstanding, still the same
number or is the Co. issuing new shares?
4) Why if everything is OK with the Co. the share is trading at 0.04?
5) Are you going out of business?
Shareholders are very concerned about this Co.
We think it's time for you to send out a PR. Not only to update us
about the business itself, but also to let's us know that the way the stock is trading it's not because the Co. is going out of business.
We just started a thread on Silicon Investors, I will post there this letter, so everybody can read it, and I will love to hear from you.
The stock is been manipulated, (maybe shorted) from Canada.
Today we had a trade for 200 shares at the bid, then another for 1000 shares also at the bid.
The idea is to keep all the time at the low (bid).
Also today 135.500 shares were sold at the ask 0.04 and only 9.200
at the bid 0.035. But the price is not moving.
MM's have a huge inventory or they are selling SHORT.
This situation is the same almost everyday.
I hope you are also concerned about the shareholders and release some NEWS.
