AMD couldn't take over, IBM or MSFT would have to fill the gap, AMD has been making empty promises for years.

AOL could be replaced by many, what is so special about AOL other than their stock? As for prodigy, I just use them, I am not saying they could replace AOL, what is there to replace? What great service does AOL provide? Seems like they charge an extra couple bucks each month to bring people the web, I just don't get it that they are any different from say Earthlink.
