Anyway, it's only money. I really don't know what's with BVSI, but based on the recent volume pickups, someone is dumping alright. I surely hope someone here with a Level II and have time to monitor the tradings to do some sleuthing.
Interestingly, I picked up a little PCS a month ago, which seems to be a lot healthier than Brite, despite the fact the PCS is not profitable [of course, its infrastructure is a huge asset - and it is slugging it out strong with other big boys.]
