Mark, unfortunately, the death spiral scenario, while not very likely, is still an outside possibility. I am not as brilliant as you are, and thus reserve the right to change my opinion when new facts come to the fore.

I do not want to bore you with the same numbers we discussed last week, but if memory serves, they have cash for to last until about next July if they do not get into positive cash flow before that (and if they ship, I am assuming that once they ship $4 MM they have access to working capital to support sales from IDB).

By the way, may I ask what is your agenda (it is getting boring but you leave me no other avenue, if you ask about my agenda, which I have clearly stated, I have to ask for yours). Are you "paid" by the company to promote the stock? (that is the typical question a "bear" is supposed to ask a bull on these threads (VBG).

Somehow, however, you managed not to respond to actual queries for numbers, do you think that VLNC can capture 37% of the market in its first year of shipment? Do you really think that the total Lithium solid Polymer business will capture 37% of the laptop market? Forget about answering your agenda question, just respond to this factoid.
