I don't know if there is litigation against Araldica at this time. If there is it is listed at www.sec.gov/enforce.htm once it is made public. Questions regarding intent to sue may be directed to either Adam Sommers, Investor Assistance Clerk or Katherine Robinson, Investor Assistance Specialist at (202) 942-7052. Any investigations involving false and fraudulent advertising over the internet with regard to acquisitions and services are initiated and conducted confidentially. It is unlikely that the existence of an investigation will be acknowledged or confirmed. If you wish to sue in federal court, it is required that you bring action within one year from the time wrongdoing was discovered but, no later than three years after the wrongdoing acturlly occurred. To save you some time and trouble, I can tell you that I have just done a search on the sec websight and found nothing on Araldica.
