How do you sample these masses. The masses that I know don't know anything at all. Like I said I have 1000 people in a 401k and they don't change their allocation, they don't call and ask questions. Just dozin' and droolin'. People aren't upping their percentages. So I know the SI types and the know nothing types. But I don't know the bullish masses.
