Maybe somebody is realizing that after a very poor year with no new business, and with $25.7mm of new contracts added onto a $10mm backlog, that a profitable year in 1999 is on the horizon. You don't get these kind of contracts if you don't produce for your customers. I have felt for 2 years this was one of the best management teams I have met, and I continue to believe so. All institutions are out of it, no coverage, no one cares, what is the bad news? A quarter or two of increasing profitability will focus attention, and this price 1 year from now will look pretty good. Go to their website and study it. www.cracorp.com/
