It is always good to see the upgrades. I am a little uncertain, however, about the number and type that have been put forth.

There was a news item listed on Yahoo, dated 12/22, which stated that both NB Montgomery and Needham & Co upgraded FSII from a hold to a buy. The URL is:

biz.yahoo.com

A slightly different story is told in Yahoo at the following URL:

biz.yahoo.com

Here the message is that one month ago there were 6 hold and 1 buy recommendations. Presently there are 5 hold, 1 buy and 1 strong buy recommendations - implying that one of the ways this could have happened is for one of the companies to go from a hold to a strong buy.

No matter how they got there, it seems that NB Montgomery has gone from a "hold" to a "strong buy" in a very short time. Like you say, that is a move in the right direction.
