I believe ETrade is just saturated with too many customers and they are unresponsive to complaints. They're making money and they don't really care.It won't change until they start losing business. I am disgusted with ETrade. If someone knows of a superior service, please feel free to inform everyone. I am definitely looking.They have cost me money and that is a big mistake on their part.They always have a lame excuse for their incompetence. Out. Biff
