Earl, Thanks for the good thoughts. Perhaps you could post your article about this Grasberg thing here in S I. Most of the posters here don't get into S 10.

I did some checking on this Midas Fund thing. They are usually the top performing metals fund and they do have 200,000 shares of IPM stock. They hold stock of many small mining exploration companies. IPM is the only one of the 'weird 7' that they are presently holding. I will keep an eye on it to see if they are increasing their holdings. I suspect that they are keeping an eye on this end of the industry and if they are increasing, it won't escape the attention of other similar funds. These fund guys are like lemmings, and they have to keep their performance ratings up or out the door they go.

I hear some of these fund managers watch these threads to stay up with investor thoughts. If any of you are reading this: Have a look at CHIP, MXAM. and M G Gold.
