WMG - Would you go a little further and elaborate on a "PR nightmare". And when you say "the best site of all of them", are we speaking of business mix, internet purchasing, internet ease of use? I really am interested in some comparison to other sites as far as to the smoothness of purchasing from their Web page. I thought it was a little clumsy myself but this is the first holiday season that I actually purchased on line. I am long with my shares. For example, I purchased all the kids toys from Etoys this year. Thought it was almost perfect and well thought out on their part. Received several back up communications from them.... Sent two emails to Hastings and no response. Takes me back to the "PR nightmare"? They need to respond to all emails concerning their site and business plan. JMHO. Another thought! I just purchased a DVD system for my kid from Micron, it is awesome. I purchased four DVD's from Hastings prior to Christmas. Would like to go to site and view film clips for 30 to 60 seconds and then place my on-line order? Just a thought. Keith
