Hi Joe when i read my P&F charts...there is no if...it simple..."when" the stock prints 52, it will then break a double top in Dorsey "speak"... it doesn't matter to me anything that happens in between 47 and 51 it's all market noise Joe... so when it prints 52, we should see a big move higher...when it prints 45, that's the opposite, it's a sell signal...
