Based on this, what will make the K7 so much faster than the P6 SPEC-wise?

And if P6 is already far behind the 21264 in the SPEC benchmarks, and given that the K7 is more like a P6-plus than a seventh-generation architecture, then why would you think that the K7 can even come close to the 21264?
