WHEN? When is the launch date of the program? Any hunches or guesses?

By the way, I called and talked to Roger Folts. I don't do very well on the phone as I usually st st stammer, then get frustrated. I asked how things were finance wise and expressed my concerns over the last quarterly. He said that "financing had been taken care of". I asked him how, and he said that there are allot of qualified investors out there that want to see this happen, that have bought restricted shares to keep the company going. He said that there are about 52 million shares out now, but I do not know the ratio between common, restricted, etc, and didn't ask.
I brought up the financing from PANAMERICAN BANCORP and he said that the deal was still in the works as well as several other deals with other possible companies, but that they are not at liberty to discuss anything until things are finalized.

I would appreciate anyone getting data to post it or PM me. Thanks.
