Welcome to Bill. I'll try to give you a little background although I
readily admit that I do not have a lot of knowledge in this area. Bill was originally part of USLD and was spun off a couple of years
ago. USLD was bought out by LCI which was bought out by QWST. The
original founder Parris Holmes is still with Bill. In my opinion this is a very well run and managed company. They have made some acquisitions recently and are starting to get more heavily into internet billing. They have also recently announced a contract with
IBM Global Systems and also one with ATT to do the billing for their Lucky Dog product. I wonder how ATT buyout of IBM Global Network will impact BILL? This is one of my favorite stocks and I think that it is
undervalued. But, I've been burned before.
