Axxel, There is absolutely nothing wrong, or out of line, with the questions I asked. It is customary to know the background of people writing newsletters. If a person doesn't know, calling (or writing) for the information normally results in the answers, without hesitation. I don't know why you seem not to want to share relevant information about yourself and your company. Without some basic information, how can one have a sense of where the person (or people) writing the newsletter are coming from? I am actually surprised how defensive you seem.
