" Many workstation developers - hardware & software - need access to KNI features - and I see no reason why Microsoft couldn't release a "patch" - which is clearly different from the KERNEL CODE. Besides, graphics functions wouldn't/shouldn't belong within the KERNEL anyhow. Paul
