CITN has lots of INTERNET SPOT to sell its software one of ITS INTERNET RETAIL SPOT I found is: softwarestreet.com when you hit the site, just pick up VENDOR CITADEL TECHNOLOGY INC. there is 28 different software from CITN on sell. I think one NEWS RELEASE about CITN's INTERNET PRESENSE will push this stock back to $2 Maybe COMPANY is waiting for JANUARY to announce it(after all tax loss selling). I am adding.
