Hey, what gives?

Why is L-3 calling current Microdyne shareholders asking them to sign and return the papers? I had planned to mail the papers back tomorrow, but I'm starting to wonder if there is any advantage to holding out. This is the first time I've been called by the acquiring company in one of these deals, so the call made me a little suspicious.
