Terry, Leaseback = money shuffle. Swapping assets for working cash. Not specially worth comment other than to point out that if it was such a hot idea to own the building 18 months ago to gain control over expensive capital equipment, how come it isn't still a good idea? Presumably the length of lease or some such makes the investment in production facilities at the site worthwhile.

Shareholders probably prefer to maintain their share of the lymphoma treatment than maintain the share in the building but dilute their holding in the TNT and Oncolym due to the need to get new shareholders to raise new money. They prefer to be lymphoma investors rather than property investors.

Maurice

PS: I know the building went up in value, so TCLN made on the deal as a property investor.

Meanwhile a day or so until the share price competition ends. My $4 beats nearly everyone other than those two around $3.50 who were casual ring-ins who didn't hang around and were just spouting numbers - just guessing - maybe they are still here. If they default by being absent, I claim the trip-to-Aruba prize].
