Anthony,

At the outset let me say I think anyone who bought into this stock over the last 2 weeks who had anything more than a 7 day investment horizon is truly a fool. I work for a company that produces web content and does online marketing, but for sure current valuations are = a crash waiting to happen w/ Net stocks.

I've shorted Imal and hope to short some more of the Internet stocks that are valued as if they'll take over market leaders off-line that pose huge threads. It's much too early to predict how successful IMAL will be, but the "mall online" is the oldest, tiredest, most proven to fail concept in on-line selling since 1995.

That said:

I respected much of your earlier posts, but now you come across as an arrogant name caller who makes statements that do not seem up-front.

Why are you researching these 6,000 some odd pages of filings???? for investment purposes or for someone you "work with?"

If you have access to what seems to be classified information, are you openly admitting to insider trading? Why don't you tell us more about your incredible sources. Give us a link to documents regarding the investigations you say are related to Imal.

Why do you persist in such a BS tone with everyone on this thread, especially Dave who did not and has not provoked you?

Why in gods name should anyone help with your reading of 6000 pages of filings unless they're considering a very major play on this stock. Who are you to call everyone ignorant just because your definition of due diligence is the equivalent of asking grade school children to read "Crime and Punishment" during their Xmas break?
