B, Let's put it in perpective. Schwab will have revenues of less than $3 billion this year. Merrill Lynch will have revenues of more than $36 billion. Schwab is capitalized in the market the same as Merrill Lynch. I am not a Merrill fan by any means, and Mer puts were one of my best plays this year. But, they are certainly a more valuable franchise than Schwab. By a lot. And Mer is overpriced.
