Bob or anyone: does anyone have any CONCRETE info on where the Voxel matter stands? Remember, it's not just a simple matter of a judge issuing a ruling. This may be overly simplistic because I'm not really an expert, I just play one on TV [ggg], but here goes: First, the Trustee receives and evaluates all proposals and makes a recommendation (which is NOT supposed to be based upon which bidder he is friendlier with). The recomendation then goes before the Creditors' Committee. The Committee meets, analyzes and votes. THEN, the Committee's determination goes before the Bankruptcy Court for approval. This is not a one-day or even one-week process, so it is surprising to me that nothing has "leaked out" regarding what may have transpired thus far.

Ooops, I wrote this before reading all the posts. I don't know what the agenda for the January 5 hearing is, but it still appears to me that either several necessary events have not yet occurred, or this thing is a fait accompli and everyone has suddenly gotten very good at keeping secrets. Thanks for any clarification. --Eric
