I for one will not be selling into the gap - SELZ is in deep trouble with his mammoth short position and won't be able to truly begin covering until after the bell. NITE, TSCO and WDCO will push up the price in order to induce SELZ panic-covering. At that point we should see a run to 40-50. He truly has a huge short position, and many on the Street are aware of it, and will squeeze every drop out of him.
