Hey! I'm simply reporting what I was told by someone from a VERY big, well established and aggressive wireless carrier - this person handles such alliances, and he was unimpressed by what he saw. Maybe things have changed since then. However, I've learnt over the past few years that even though we investors are meant to invest by company announcements/reports, it's the 'additional' information one can glean which helps protect your ass. I'm NOT saying that IDT is on the brink of financial disaster - they are most probably quite solvent. However, I have seen companies with book value several times their stock price - and they do miserably.

However, I will reiterate, I still don't see their long term business viability. Don't give me the Click2talk product being viable - they can sign customers up the wazoo - but they need to get them to use the damn product to make money. Companies I've worked for in the past gave us internet faxing - NO one used the damn thing. And they couldn't get people to use it. So, in IDT's case, they need to get their corporate customers to use their products - not just sign them up.
