i did the same thing about the same time u did...38'ish...yesterday spoke with the pru analyst about just that point and he saids "I haven't heard anything" he also said there is no change to the dilution factor as the price goes up so while it feel's riskier, I don't really know if there is any basis for that feeling.......i was having the same concerns you were...... p.s. a small part of the reason they have run is bercause of this deal so it qwould hurt their stock if either of them walked.
