Hi Blue & All, All Aboard For Techride, Hold Onto The Bar Please !
Great to Be Here! We'll eavesdrop and chat in our castle (as t'was presented after hooligans stole our tent). Already had some good luck with stocks some treads on SI pulled my coat about... returning the favor...about gold in them thar hills, my pets BE and AFRI are still copper waiting the alchemist's stone and the crucible...Got a three day doubler with MLRE, TODY made commission back + by market close,
RDIM is up 30% in less than a week, and all them puppies still have lots of room to run, thanks to Silicon Investors!
Have broken loose a bit from my positive dogma - trying a biotech play, BZET, bigtime spec but cheap enough to be an affordable try-out for that old maxim "Buy On Bad News". (A stock buyback from Goldman Sach's shares combo w/ upcoming Nasdaq delisting & employee cutback.
They've got a cancer diagnosis machine that's cheap per patient and could be combined with standard mammography, also perhaps saving cost, pain, & waiting time trauma of the initial extra biopsy.) Got a feeling when MRK & BMY split early in '99, the med/biotech sector will be in the spotlight - time will tell if I'm right - Got SCLN too.
Here's something I'm ashamed to admit - gotta go now so the last of the shipped presents and Christmas cards arrive where they're going before New Years or at least Epiphany! Our Christmas Oci-Kitten, Tigerlily, has really slowed things down around here (that's this year's excuse - next year I'll have another one - hey, so what if they shake their heads tsk tsk when they open it, better late than never I Always Say)- wonder if anyone else has trouble making stocks balance out and making the holidays happen all at the same time at the year's end?!
Hasta Manana,
Joanie
