Kevin, as the common holds +$10.00 for near 10 days we could see:
1) the common drop under $10;
2) the common keep rising;
3) common stay fairly steady (doesn't seem likely)
4) the common falls but not under $10; warrants get called (this is the worst situation for people that bought the warrants high)

There is more risk for someone that has bought the warrants high. After the warrants are called the warrants may trail the common based on expectations of where the common price will be. Each warrant holder will have to decide whether to sell or gamble for a higher sale price. If the warrants + conversion price is lower than the common, it could make sense to convert.
