Madeleine, good to hear from you, a familiar name. A fellow MDINer or should I say female MDINer? Do you own this one as well are just following it for now? I have read a little bit on some of the boards, Yahoo, RB, and SI as well as visited the web site. I ate lunch with a friend of mine I hadn't seen in a while and he told me about this penny stock he had taken a bath on. I told him I would check it out for him and let him know what I thought he should do. It was strictly a tip given to him and he doesn't really understand how these stocks trade. I assume this company is non-reporting, I couldn't find anything on Edgar. The web site has virtually no investment information other than a few releases. I noticed the Davis's did quite a bit of selling in November which doesn't look good. Also if some of the posts are accurate looks like there are a lot of shares out there. Probably very little cash based on the reported # of shares, 600,000,000?? Wonder how a 50 to 60 million dollar facility such as Millington would be paid for? Reverse split possibly and more dilution? Debt? # of shares is going to have to be dealt with at some time. Not trying to be negative but just thinking out loud. These are some of the issues I will try to get resolved in my mind when I speak with the IR person or the Daviss.
Don't know about you but I'm ready for some gold.
