I don't have anything concrete on Voxel, but I do keep coming back to the second offer for Voxel. Why wasn't the second offer for 5.1 million? Why the 100,000 shares? Almost like someone was afraid that HGRM would win the bidding war. I also wonder if Kevin may have convinced a few people (trustee, etc) that he is the best hope for bringing this life-saving technology to market. I can see a bit of favoritism being handed out for that. Maybe some of both. What if the second offer is a partnership based on needing HGRM to bring the product to market? If I had 5 million to kick around, I would seriously consider buying Voxel, but I know that I'm no good at holograms. I do know that HGRM is good at them. By offering the 5 million for Voxel I could end up with a much larger percentage of Voxel then if I merely helped HGRM buy it. Jim
