President Clinton should stay in office because he was elected by a majority of the American people who chose to exercise their right to vote.

Polls being polls it still is hard to ignore the FACT that since the day the scandal broke over two thirds of those polled have consistently supported the President.

Up here in Canada the last time a party ignored the will of the people they went from having a majority in the House of Commons to holding just two seats. And this party (the Conservatives) was the party that founded Canada. The Republicans have their own agenda which has nothing whatsoever to do with the "will of the American People."

Or so it appears to this outside observer.

Have fun at your New Year's Coup D'Etat and enjoy the five thousand point drop in the Dow if or when it happens.
