Lessee now, GE - General Electric is up +41% y.t.d., not includin' DRIPs; SPY is up +28%, so yer fund beat that; lookin' kinda puny compared to the Dudes Ersatz TechSpaetzle Fund, though - techstocks.com - up +150% even without the amazin' AOL. Blows my mind that GM and XON beat the DOW average this year. Hard to better BigBoyz WMT IBM GE and MRK ( +65% y.t.d. collectively ) ...and, forgetting about the ridiculous buy anything-dot-com frenzy: the story was TECH, RETAIL, DRUGZ and european TELECOM stox in 1998. Yee-Haw ! -Steve (^_^)
