Hello Phil, Here is a recent email from a mutual Eutro investor with my reply first.

Geez, Andre! If your going an a crusade, then please have the courage to sift out totally outdated stuff. I remember you being negative towards Binder bringing up that old SEC thing as 'new' news.

I actually though the message was dated December 97 but no...

Now there's quite a bit of info regarding Reddi Form--which appears to be quite a product--and some vitamin supplement a' la mode that may be ordered directly from Eutro's web page.

Reddi-Form is the first 'real' new customer of Eutro. Both Freedom and the vitamin pills are remnants from the old Eutro. At that time Eutro was a holding company with vertical interests in the bio-med arena. It proved impossible to grow something there, Eutro nearly died but didn't. The first assets out the door was basically house cleaning. IMO, Freedom Medical goes into this category. The only thing still around are those pills (which I think Eutro should drop). To sum up: the Reddi-Form thing is about six months old, and the pill is about a year (or more) old. And Freedom Meds site is still at angelfire.com .

Has anyone, other than the usual cast of Eutro pumpsters, talked directly with Freedom Medical?

Anybody with the urge should call Eutro themselves. There's also email.

I also think that anybody going long with this little insight into the stock (and the company) are just a tragedy waiting to happen. If you don't have a clue - daytrade. If you want to go long - do the research!

I also want to urge you not to go about your crusade with quite such reckless abandon. You might have a whole heap of people cheering you on right now. But unless you keep factual and honest, I'm afraid you'll get in trouble and the crowd will at best be supportive 'from afar'. You've been here for a while. You know the story. You don't need to take cheap shots or sell half truths. Leave that for the loosers with a darker agenda.

This is not a threat or an attempt to quiet or scare you. I'm am just concerned about the way you go about things. Do keep tabs on the float (thanks, btw) and overall stock structure, do challenge the company with real and relevant issues, but don't let your actions be controlled by your feelings.

Do take care, Andre. And I mean that in the best sense.
