I believe we close at 1:00 PM. By the way, a cyberfriend asked me to look at P-COM(PCMS), apparently another "sophisticated" floorless being laid out, guess who is buying the preferred? Castle Creek : biz.yahoo.com The details on that one are still scant (the S-3 is not out and I could not afford reading hundreds of pages of the 8-k to find out the details. The interesting thing is the initial floornessness is triggered by a "substantial order". I start and see a pattern, but unfortunately, I do not fully understand this "genre" of financing yet. Zeev
