Pat -

I thought that Amati was required to license at "reasonable and
equitable rates" any patents required to be T1E1.413 compliant.
Are they attempting to circumvent this by pushing for co-production?
I think their strategy is good, if they can sustain it without
action by ANSI to force licensing.
