Link to Vignette background: redherring.com Go to the side story "Easing the Pain" to read about OMKT. Why is this important? Because VIGN (IPO symbol) will be going public early next year. On the roadshow, institutions will realize how critical OMKT technology is in these cutting edge companies. Morgan Stanley is the underwriter. VIGN will be THE hot IPO next year, a pre-IPO play would be to invest in CDO, or ADBE, both have venture capital investments. IMO, OMKT is a better long-term bet because of the technology depedancy. Net play not to take, is BVSN, because VIGN is a direct competitor, and IMO will eat their lunch. Long OMKT John B
