Here is the email I just sent Chris Byron at MSNBC:

Dear Chris

With regard to your article on Net Mania Burns Down the Street.
You mentioned IFLY as having an incomprehendable rise in price on Thursday and Monday. However if you dig a little deeper
you will see that they are due to launch, before year end, a new website that is quite unique.
Basically everyone will have to go through an interactive CHAT session with a travel agent to get prices and to buy a ticket.
Because a travel agent is now involved IFLY can quote lower prices, realise full travel agent commissions (capped at $100
instead of $10 for regular Net sales), serve customers better (Is it cheaper if I fly a day earlier?) and close more sales (Most
people visiting travel sites end up calling to buy the tickets).

Basically the new IFLY site will redefine profitability for the Internet Travel Sector. Something that Expedia and Preview Travel
have just been complaining to the government about. As an investor I think that gives IFLY some very interesting aspects and
deservedly will catch the imagination of the Street.

And if you looked at the charts you would see IFLY made several fake runs already and the charts were absolutely waiting to
burst out. In addition Jenna from the SI thread Market Gems (the most followed discussion thread on SI - perhaps on the Internet for investors) gave a huge recommendation for IFLY saying charts indicated an "explosion to the upside".

Add in that management has a combined experience of over 100 years in the travel business and that the chairman of the board is an ex-CEO of Continental - and you get a clearer picture of why this stock is moving so fast. The Internet frenzy magnifies it all. When the frenzy dies down and dust has settled IFLY will be standing there as a strong player with a profitable business model.

I suggest you dig deeper in your research than simply looking at past associations of fringe directors.

Yours Sincerely

Mark Davis
