I don't understand what you mean by the "bond" issue.There is not a problem with that,they just reduced the amt. asked for by 2 mil.The bond issuer said fine,we will just rework it for 3mil. instead of 5 mil.The bond was granted for 5mil..Do you think Prescott would argue with them if they said they didn't need that much?
