Charles, thank you for posting the Letter from the President. I hope that this letter is the beginning of a new information policy at Naxos. All things considered, I like the tone and content of this letter, but I am somewhat concerned about the call to replace the entire board by some share holders. I would like to pose these questions to all: 1. Who is behind this move? 2. Is there any rational reason for such a move at this time? 3. Who would replace the current board if the dissident share holder had their way? Your thoughts will be appreciated. I wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. Kurt
