CLK,

I guess we're in agreement that the property is one hell of a gem at these prices, all we have to do is extrapolate the cash flow being reported by EXL to GME and be patient.

While I'll agree with your interpretation of what GME told you, I would hasten to add that the two main lines of support for Glimmer are that they have approval from the shareholders to issue more shares if need be(dilution, I know) plus they have a couple of entities (directors I think) ready willing and able to take a bigger position in GME if the need arises. Remember they're only fighting over an ESTIMATED 10% of the pie. And the hope is that EXL will come to their senses and do what is right for their shareholders even if it means returning/giving control to GME.

So I am LONG on both companies with the hope that early in the new year, they will proceed to binding arbritation (or something like that). Because the future looks bright for the expansion of the reserves and the attainment of further cost reductions with the possible erection of a processing facility on the mine site (? 2yrs).

I see the present litigation as an opportunity to accumulate either company (MY OWN OPINION DO YOUR OWN DD). The POG has to drop a lot more for the viability of the operation to come into question, not to mention the POTENTIAL for a friendly/hostile takeover of either JV partner. The one area of concern is the apparent high turnover rate in the management ranks; giving one the impression that HR is top down (old style "my way of the highway" type management". And I see that this MAY HAVE BEEN recgonized with a recent advertisment for a Mine Superintendent. Because if it continues un addressed MAY come back to haunt them down the road.

While there are NO KNOW answers to the outcome of the litigation; any potential investor/SPECULATOR must be in for the long term. They are not trading stocks. A PR(hopefully) or insiders will forewarn you when the talks resume and or conclude with their arms length transactions (the ole wives, friends & cousins etc) resulting in serious price and volume increases 3-6-9-12-3x---- months from now. If it takes that long, I'll still be holding my EXL & GME shares (PO'd but still holding).
