18 months for the first one? Should they build it hydrogen capable? I guess if demand increases slowly then 18 months puts us at mid 2000 and another 48 months to do the rest of the country puts us at mid 2004. Say a year to get everyone convinced they should get started and we are at mid 2005. Could be done but maybe they ought to get it underway. SWome folks will get short changed anyway--it always happens and it should.
