Shalom, I remember when I first came to SI and you were here daily.
There are seasons for all things, and God will show us all when the time has come to put attention elsewhere. I am sure everyone finally realizes that it is nearly impossible to just sit and post at a computer, or even web surf looking for clues, and at the same time conduct the normal processes of life which require motion and actions away from the monitor. Just can't be done.
But I believe the prapyer thread, and several others SHOULD be posted out on the greater search areas, so that interested individuals can tap in. This is quite unique and it's a shame it isn't all over the web, the SI thing. IT seems to be state of the art so far, anad even IM is not as interesting. I had mine disconnected to save space on my old computer. So, waht goes on here is very important, but it is also very limited.
I really think some of these Christian threads should have outside links. I was wondering what response Gregor would have if he was linked to a suicidal depression URL list, for instance.
Who would guess such threads, like your's and Gregor's, even existed unless you came to SI to look for stocks. As you know, I was probably going to exit SI when my free time was up, since the stock talk garbage is just as worthless and free on dbc and yahoo. But having a place to talk about the Lord exclusively was totally wonderful.
What I think is that we need to expand the feed-in!!
